We will work closely with you and your vendor team to help guide you through the planning and coordinating process. It doesn't have to be daunting, it's actually a lot of fun!

client is provided with a proposal tailored to their
needs and wants.
The following packages include a summary of the services we are able to execute for your wedding.
Our packages are
tailored to you; therefore while your services for Ceremony
Coordination and Wedding Management will depend on the number of hours you book
with us, all of our packages can be customized.
Each package also includes use of our emergency kits, a discount on our rentals, and assistant attendance day of.
• One-hour consultation meetings,
as booked
• Unlimited email correspondence
• Confirm final details and arrival time
with ceremony vendors
• Coordinate with hair & makeup,
transportation, photographer, videographer,
and florist vendors
• Inform wedding party of schedule,
deliver meals, assist with personal fowers, and
inform of any last minute changes
• Set out Programs, unity candles, and
other decor
• Coordinate with ceremony venue,
photographer, and ceremony musicians
• Advise ushers on seating guests and
passing out programs
• Coordinate ceremony
• 1 hour rehearsal attendance and coordination
• Up to maximum 5 day of hours, as booked
• One-hour consultation meetings, as
booked
• Unlimited email correspondence
• Provide a list of preferred vendors
• Assist clients in creating day of timeline by
coordinating with vendors and venue
• Coordinate with hair & makeup,
transportation, photographer, videographer,
and florist vendors
• Inform wedding party of schedule,
deliver meals, assist with personal fowers, and
inform of any last minute changes
• Set out Programs, unity candles, and
other decor
• Coordinate with ceremony venue,
photographer, and ceremony musicians
• Advise ushers on seating guests and

• Set up décor, centerpieces, specialty tables, and

• Minimum 5 to maximum 15 day of hours, as booked
• Minimum of 5, one-hour consultation and vendor meetings

• Pre-wedding errands, in-town only
